From all of the teams that were voted in by their communities as Hometown Heroes of the Week throughout the fall sports season, it was the Ridgewood Spartans cross country team drawn as our Hometown Heroes of the Season with Ladner & Jain Orthodontics, Martin, your local John Deere dealer, and Advanced Plumbing and Mechanical in Monmouth!
We will meet up with the team again and this time present them with a trophy and a $1,000 check for their high school’s athletic department! The presentation with the team will be on Monday 11/14 at 3:15pm at AlWood High School in Woodhull.
