Six days after officials declined to press charges against him in a domestic abuse case, NASCAR has reinstated Kurt Busch. After missing the first three races of the season, he has zero championship points to date. But NASCAR also granted a waiver to Busch for those missed races, making him eligible for the Chase. Busch returns to racing this weekend at Phoenix International Raceway.
