Cardio Pickleball

Dates: Tuesday and Thursday, *No program on November 11, November 27, and December 25
Time: 8-9AM
Cost: $5 drop-in
Location: Lakeside Recreation Facility

Cardio Pickleball is designed to provide participants with fast-paced movement-based conditioning whiling having Pickleball fun! We will be playing King/Queen of the Court and coaches will feed the balls at a rapid pace. Additionally, various stations will be set up to help you sustain your desired heart rate!
