In recognition of April being Child Abuse Prevention Month, please join the Blue Ribbon Task Force of West Central, IL for the annual Hands Around the Courthouse ceremony.
This annual gathering honors children whose lives are impacted by abuse and neglect. We gather at the Courthouse to pause and reflect, to recognize the courage of children in foster care, and the power of a community that chooses to care.
