Families and individuals may apply at the Mission, 435 E. Third Street, Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. Now through Friday, December 16th. Applicants are asked to bring photo identification, proof of current address, and proof of income. A medical card will serve as proof of current income.
